'Head' as noun and verb. He is heading to (someplace) =
He is going (someplace).
We use George Washington's portrait to illustrate 'head' as noun and George riding horseback to illustrate 'head' as verb.
As a verb, head means to go in a certain direction. Another example: it's 5:30 p.m. and the driver of the car in the video is heading home.
